We have backgrounds in telecommunications, manufacturing, services & banking with extensive direct experience in procurement process, procedure and policy development and deployment, and contract law. We have led change programs within organisations including large cross functional teams on outsourcing tenders and have managed teams of specialists responsible for spends in excess of a quarter of a billion euro.
We are competent in dealing with the broad continuum of disciplines with considerable experience in large scale tenders (€200m+). We have managed complex tenders and bid responses in the telecommunications market for areas including the turnkey provision of 3&4G networks, BSS&OSS, as well as various outsourcing programs. We have conducted procurement systems implementations and developed numerous policies, procedures and processes across different industry sectors. We have considerable expertise in complex outsourcing tenders, bids and contracts. We have a high degree of technical proficiency in both IT and telecoms and a broad network of other industry experts and specialists on which to draw as required.
